Yes, this is one of our most popular builds. We can split a single building into a garage storage bay and a separate workshop area, each with its own doors and access.
Are workshops insulated?
Roof and wall insulation are available and recommended for year-round use. You can choose roof-only insulation for a budget option or full roof and wall insulation for a conditioned workspace.
Can you add electrical and lighting?
We build in chase space and framing for electrical, but your licensed electrician handles the wiring. We'll coordinate the layout so outlets, lights, and panels land where you need them.
What size workshop should I build?
